I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, with direct access to the station from the hotel itself. This made travelling around the city incredibly easy. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering great value for money. I was impressed by the overall experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, convenient place to stay.

Direct access to the train station, so it’s easy to travel all around Sapporo. There’s an eating complex and shopping area in the same building as well which I found very convenient. What I loved most was the simple and beautiful design of the hotel that provided wonderful amenities and was designed in a way that considered the many different needs a guest might have. The small onsen on sight was a lovely experience. The staff was also incredibly helpful, and all of them spoke some English or made an effort whenever I had questions or needed support. I would definitely stay here again.

There is also a paid parking structure next door. There is also a bath in the hotel which was nice after a long day of sight-seeing. We chose this hotel as we didn't plan to drive into downtown Sapporo and it was a short drive to visit the Historical Village.

And, the staff here is professional and friendly.
